Sansevieria pinguicula
Walking Sansevieria
Sansevieria pinguicula is
a very rare species of Sanseviera that people often mistake for an agave.
First discovered in 1964 in Kenya, this
slow-growing plant eventually gets to 12 inches in diameter.
Also known as "walking Sansevieria" because its offsets form on stilt-like roots that
give it an ambulatory appearance.
We have only two of these striking plants available (see below).
